Ingredients: 8 eggs, beaten 1 cup milk ¼ tsp salt 1/8 tsp pepper 2 cup cooked rice 1 (4 ½ oz) jar sliced mushrooms, drained Cheese sauce Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine first 4 ingredients; mix well. Stir in rice and mushrooms. Pour into buttered 12x8x2 inch dish. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until set. |
