 Spanish Eggs Recipe

Ingredients:
Eggs, scrambled as desired
Picante sauce
Shredded cheese
Avocado slices
Sour cream
Garnishes

Instructions:
Prepare for any number. In Individual baking dishes, place 2 to 3 scrambled eggs. Top eggs with picante ssuce and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake just to melt cheese at about 350. Top with avocado slice and sour cream. May be garnished with sprouts and cherry tomatoes.
