Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Yield: 9 servings 

Ingredients:
1 Loaf French bread
8 oz. Cream cheese
1/3 cup maple syrup
10 eggs
1 stick melted butter
1 ½ cup half & half
2 cups chopped fresh or canned peaches (drained if canned)
1 cup brown sugar

Instructions:
Mix peaches and brown sugar together and set aside.
Cube bread and layer half in 13x9 pan.
Cut cream cheese into small pieces and scatter it across bread.
Spoon peach mixture over bread and cheese.
Cover with remaining bread cubes.
Mix eggs, half and half, syrup and melted butter together.
Pour the bread cubes down to absorb the mixture.
Refrigerate overnight.
In morning, bake at 360 for 40 to 50 minutes.
Serve with syrup, jam or powder sugar.
