Ingredients: 2 1/2 cups sugar 1 cup salad oil 4 eggs Combine the above ingredients and beat until mixture is lemon-colored. 5 cups all-purpose flour 1 qt. buttermilk (reg. or low-fat) 2 tsp salt 5 tsp baking soda Instructions: Combine the flour and salt and combine the buttermilk and baking soda. Add the two mixtures alternately to the egg mixture. Add one 15 oz box of raisin bran cereal. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full(either grease the muffin pan or use liners). Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 mintues. |
