Ingredients: 3 cups flour 2 1/4 cup sugar 1 1/2 Tbsp poppyseeds 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 3 eggs 1 1/2 cups milk 1 cup vegetable oil 1 1/2 tsp lemon extract Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients, mixing only till thoroughly combined. Fill lined muffin tins 3/4 full and bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 20 minutes. |
