Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Yield: 1 loaves 

Ingredients:
2 cups quick oats
1/4 cup melted margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
(Optional: nuts, raisins, currants)

Instructions:
Tastes like a crumbled oatmeal cookie, great winter dish, simple to prepare and serve, can be mixed and put into greased loaf pans, refrigerated overnight and baked in the morning. Also freezes well after baking. Can be doubled, tripled and quadrupled.

Mix dry stuff, then add margarine, milk and egg. Stir well. Put in greased loaf pan. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
