Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Yield: 16 servings 

Ingredients:
Mix and set aside:
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Cream together:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

Sift in:
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt


Instructions:
Add in: 1 cup sour cream (mix until smooth)

Pour half the batter into greased and floured tube pan. Spread one peeled and sliced apple and half cinnamon mixture over batter and repeat. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
