Ingredients: 1 graham cracker crust, baked until golden 1 quart vanilla ice cream 1/2 cup peanut butter Hot fudge topping Instructions: Soften ice cream and beat in the peanut butter till thoroughly mixed. Layer half the ice cream in the crust. Drizzle with hot fudge. Layer remaining ice cream on top and drizzle with more hot fudge. Place in freezer for 1/2 hour. Remove, cover with foil and freeze until ready to use. Take out 15 minutes before serving to make it easier to cut. |
