Ingredients: 3 1/2 cups flour 2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 1/2 tsp salt 2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp nutmeg 3 cups sugar 2 cups pumpkin 4 eggs 2/3 cup water 1 cup vegetable oil Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl of electric mixer, mix together dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and beat well. Pour into 3 greased loaf pans. Bake 1 hour or until bread in done. *Use muffin tins for making little loaves. |
