Ingredients: 1/3 cup maple syrup 1 qt. plain nonfat yogurt 3 apples, unpeeled and sliced 1/2 cup granola Instructions: Stir the maple syrup into the yogurt and mix well. Pour a cup of maple yogurt into each serving bowl. (A wide, shallow soup bowl works best.) Arrange unpeeled apple slices in a wagon wheel shape on top of the yogurt. Sprinkle granola in the center of the wheel. |
