Ingredients:

Berry Pudding

Ingredients:
4 oz cream cheese
6 slices day old bread/cinammon is great
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp butter, diced
1 cup berries, fresh/or frozen-thawed
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup milk
whipped cream, optional and delicious!

Instructions:
Spray 8x8 pan. Spread each slice of bread with cream cheese, sprinkle with cinammon sugar. Cube bread, scatter in pan. Dice any remaining cream cheese and place around bread cubes. Place berries around bread. Sprinkle brown sugar and butter over bread. Beat eggs, vanila, milk and pour over bread mixture. Top with rest of brown sugar. Set pan in larger pan, pour hot water to create water bath around 8x8 pan. Bake 40 min at 350.
