Ingredients: Mix together (don’t use a mixer, it will make the batter tough) 1 cup oil 2 cups sugar 1 tsp vanilla 2 eggs Then add: 2 cups flour 1 Tbsp Cinnamon 1 tsp salt 1 tsp soda Stir, then add 2-3 cups diced or grated apples (3 to 4) and 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. Instructions: Pour into a sprayed 13”x 9” baking dish. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes. Doesn’t need frosting. |
