Ingredients: 2 ripe med. Bananas, mashed 2 eggs 1 3/4 cups flour 1 1/2 cup sugar 1 cup chopped walnuts 1/2 cup veg. Oil 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp. buttermilk 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. salt Instructions: Mix wet ingredients together in large bowl. Add bananas, dry ingredients and nuts. Mix well. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. |
