Ingredients: 4 kiwis, peeled and diced 1 cup diced pineapple 1 papaya, peeled and diced 1 mango, peeled and diced 1/2 cup shredded carrot 1 bunch cilantro, chopped 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/4 tsp black pepper 10-15 red pepper flakes dash of Tabasco 1/8 cup white wine Instructions: Mix all ingredients and chill at least 1 hour. Serve over breast of chicken or fish. |
