Ingredients: 1 cucumber 1/3 cup sugar 1/3 cup cider vinegar 1/3 cup water Instructions: Wash and peel cucumber and slice very thin (set aside). Mix sugar, cider vinegar, and water and add cucumber. Refrigerate for 2 -3 hours and serve. You can double or triple this delicious dish depending on how big the clan is. |
