*When the Ridenhour Ranch House was built in 1906, much of the land surrounding this farmstead was planted with hops and fruit orchards. Blackberry bushes still flourish here and the abundant fruit is used in many of the Inn's recipes. Surplus berries are frozen for a special winter treat of this delicious cobbler.
