Ingredients: 1 cup brown rice 1 small onion, finely chopped 2 tsp instant chicken bouillon 2 cups hot water Instructions: Put rice into 1 1/2-quart baking dish; add chopped onion. Dissolve bouillon in hot water and pour over rice. Cover with aluminum fould and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour. |
