 Blueberry Muffins Recipe

Ingredients:
3 cups all purpose flour
2/3 cup sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp lemon peel
1/4 tsp powdered clove

Combine dry ingredients, and set aside.

2 sticks unsalted butter, melted
16 oz sour cream
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 to 2 cups blueberries *(fresh or frozen)

Instructions:
Combine butter, sour cream, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix together the flour mixture and sour cream mixture, loosely. Do not over mix. Add blueberries, bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes.

*If using frozen blueberries, do not thaw, add to batter frozen.
