Ingredients: 1 cup Cider Vinegar 2 cup Soybean Oil 1 whole large onion 3 whole garlic cloves 1 Tbsp fresh ground black pepper 2 Tbsp salt 3 Tbsp sugar 1 tsp fresh dill Instructions: Peel the garlic and chop the onion into large chunks. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth and all the oil is mixed in. Serve with any type of green salad. |
