Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Ingredients:
10 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 carton [16 oz] cottage cheese
2 cups shredded co-jack cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 can [13 oz] artichoke hearts
sour cream - garnish
fresh or dried basil leaves - garnish
1 large mixing bowl
9X13 inch baking pan
Baking time: 60 minutes
Baking Temperature: 350 degrees

Instructions:
Combine eggs, flour and baking powder in large bowl. Stir in cheeses. In skillet, melt butter and lightly saute onions and drained articholes in seasoned salt. Stir articoke mixture into cheese mixture, blend well. Pour into greased 9X13 baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for one hour until mixture is set and golden brown. Let stand a few minutes. Then cut into 8 portions and serve on plates. Garnish with a dollop of sour cream and fresh or dried basil leaves. We serve fried Canadian bacon slices along side the egg dish for guest who enjoy meat.
