 Hamapple Recipe

Yield: 12 servings 

Ingredients:
Spray or butter each ramekin
Pie crust or pastry to cover 12 ramekins
12 small wedges of cheddar cheese
12 apples, cored and sliced (remove the peel if you like)
1 lb cooked ham, cubed
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
4 Tbsp all purpose flour
1 tsp salt and pepper
1 tsp mace
1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions:
Combine dry ingredients. Layer apples and ham into each ramekin; sprinkle 2-3 tbsp. of dry mixture over each; top with prepared pastry; crimp edges and poke with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until hot through and crust is browned. Just before serving, slit the top and insert a wedge of cheddar cheese. Serve immediately.
