Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Yield: 6 servings 

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups water
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups oatmeal
2 heaping Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 tsp cinnamon
5 oz can evaporated milk
3 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp brown sugar

Instructions:
Boil water, add salt, stir and add oatmeal, stir and add sugar, raisins and cinnamon. Cook 1 minute, add milk and reheat to boiling. Top with the butter and brown sugar. Sprinkle on some chopped nuts.
