I just want you to know that I feel this is the greatest list of breakfast food recipes that I have ever come across. Believe me, I surf the web many hours a day and I am lucky to have found this web site. Keep up the good work.

Ingredients:
1 package dried pastrami
2 8 oz. packages cream cheese (low fat is fine, no fat ok but not real good)
1 onion
1 green pepper or a mixture of green with jalapeno or other hot peppers
Worcestershire sauce

Instructions:
This is a nice red and green for Christmas parties. It goes together quickly and can be eaten immediately but it’s nice if the flavors have at least a few hours in the fridge to meld. You can roll it in nuts or parsley if you want, or add parsley to it for color. Can also add grated carrots for more color. This always goes fast at parties.

Dice one package pastrami add to bowl with cream cheese. Finely chop onion and peppers. (I prefer habanaro peppers for a slightly “hotter” taste. Generally the smaller the pepper the hotter the taste.) Add several tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce. Stir and taste. Best with butter crackers.

Notes:
