Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Ingredients:
2 large eggs
1 3/4 cups milk
2 Tbsp salad oil
1 tsp maple flavoring
2 cups regular or complete pancake mix (box)
3/4 cup granola cereal
3/4 cup chopped nuts

Banana Sauce:
6 large bananas
1/4 cup melted butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup sour cream

Instructions:
In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, oil and maple flavoring to blend. Add pancake mix (dry) and beat until smooth. Coat inside of 14 inch pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray or oil by hand--generouly. Pour batter into pan. Sprinkle evening with granola and nuts. Bake on bottom rack of a 425 degree oven until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 12-15 minutes. Cut into pizza shaped wedges and serve with maple syprup or Gloria's Banana Sauce.

Banana Sauce:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Peel bananas and cut iinto 1/2 inch slicees. Place banana slices in baking dish (or glass pie dish). Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over top of bananas. Pour melted butter over the top. Bake for 30 min. Remove from oven and spread sour cream on top. Serve warm over pancake pizza.
