Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Ingredients:
eggs
whipping cream
salt/pepper
dillweed
dried parsley flakes
grated Gouda cheese

Instructions:
Spray small ramekin dishes liberally with Pam Spray. Pour 1 Tbsp whipping cream (unwhipped) into each ramekin baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over cream. Gently break 1 egg into each dish. Add salt, pepper & dillweed to taste; pour a dollop of cream over each egg. Sprinkle parsley flakes on top. Bake at 325 degrees until eggs are just set (12 to 20 minutes).

This recipe can be prepared the night before. Cover each ramekin dish and refrigerate overnight.
