Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Yield: 12 servings 

Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup soft butter
3 Tbsp powder sugar
1- 8oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp lemon juice

Instructions:
Mix together flour, powder sugar and butter and press into the bottom of a 9x9 glass baking dish. Bake 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees. Whip the remaining ingredients together and pour over the baked base and bake for 10-12 minutes at 350. Cool and cut into 12 squares. Stack four squares to a layer separated with wax paper. Wrap in plastic wrap and store in a freezer bag in freezer. The morning to be served, remove 1 hour before serving, placing each square on an individual serving plate.

Creme Fraiche:
1 cup whipping cream
1 Tbsp sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Mix whipping cream and buttermilk together and set out on the counter overnight. The following morning discard the top film. Stir well while adding the sugar and vanilla. Refrigerate until ready to use. Store extra in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Use the creme before the expiration date of the whipping cream.
