Ingredients: Combine:
3 eggs (beaten)
1/2 C. milk
3/4 C. oil
Add:
1 1/3 C. Zoom cereal or Quick oatmeal
4 C. flour
2 C. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon - 1/4 tsp. cloves
5 tsp. baking powder
Add and mix:
2 tsp. vanilla
enough milk to make a thick batter
4 apples sliced thinly
chopped walnuts (opt)
Bake at 375 degrees until brown in muffin pans.
