Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups vegetable shortening
3 cups sugar
6 large eggs
3 cups AP flour
1 cup self rising flour
1-1/2 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp butter flavoring
1 tsp rum flavoring
2 tsp coconut flavoring
1 tsp lemon flavoring
1 pkg Dream Whip powder

Instructions:
Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Sift AP and self-rising flour together. Add, alternating, flour mixture and milk until well mixed. Add flavorings and mix well. Add one package of Dream Whip. Start baking in cold oven at 275 degrees. Bake for 1-1/2 to 2 hours.

This cake freezes well. You may also glaze with simple syrup made with one cup sugar, one-half cup of water, and one teaspoonful of each of the flavorings. Bring mixture to a rolling boil for one minute. Glaze cake when it is cooled for 30 minutes.
