Ingredients:
2½ cups of shredded spinach
1½ cup of grated gruyere cheese
1 can (10 ounces) of cream of chicken
salt & pepper
8 beaten eggs

Instructions:
Steam the spinach for 3 minutes. Lightly spray a pan with butter and spread out the spinach. Mix the Gruyere with the cream of chicken. Add the beaten eggs, mix and pour over the spinach. Bake at 350 F around 35 minutes.
