Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Ingredients:
6 organic eggs
1/4 cup skim milk
1/3 cup parmesan cheese grated
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
4 slices of pre-cooked bacon cut up
1 onion chopped
1 Tbsp butter
1/2 tsp tabasco
1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp sugar

Instructions:
Saute green pepper and onions in 1/2 of butter. Add bacon for last minute. Remove ingredients into a bowl and rinse out frying pan. Add other 1/2 of butter to the frying pan. Put ingredients back in frying pan. Beat eggs with all other ingredients and add to mixture in frying pan. Mix ingredients together for first few minutes, then leave to cook with lid on for 3 minutes. Turn over 1/2 of mixture land then other 1/2 and let cook for 1-2 minutes more. Serve with fresh bread or toast.

*If you like spicy foods, use more tabasco to taste.
