Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Yield: 2 servings 

Ingredients:
2 Tbsp butter
2 large eggs
1/2 cup 2% milk
6 Tbsp all-poupose flour
2 Tbsp whole-weat flour
1/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 cup apples, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp confectioner's sugar

Instructions:
Heat oven to 450 degrees. After pealing and slicing apples place in dish of water with lemon juice, then drain. Coat heavy iron skillet with butter. In large bowl whisk eggs, milk, flours, brown sugar, vinilla, cinnamon and nutmeg until blended. Stir in apples. pour into skillet and spread apples evenly over bottom. Bake until puffed and golden brown in color. Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar and serve at once.
