Ingredients: 1 cup sweet butter 3/4 cup white sugar 3/4 cup brown sugar 1 tsp vanilla 2 eggs 2 1/4 cups flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup oats 1 cup macadamia nuts 2 cups milk chocolate chips Instructions: Cream together butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well. Sift dry ingredients except oats and add to creamed mixture. Stir in oats, nuts and chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tablespoons-full onto baking sheet. Bake at 350 F for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. *Guests enjoy our cookies made with nuts picked from our orchard. |
