Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Yield: 8 servings 

Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup whipping cream
8 oz white chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 cup dried cherries
1 1/4 cups shortbread cookie crumbs
2 oz bittersweet chocolate, melted



Instructions:
Line an 8" square pan with plastic wrap. Bring butter and whipping cream to boil and remove from heat. Stir in white chocolate until melted. Add cherries and cookie crumbs. Pour mizture into square pan. Chill for at least 2 hours. Lift plastic wrap out of pan and peel wrap from cookie mixture. Melt bittersweet chocolate in small pot over low heat and drizzle over cookie mixture. Cut into small squares.
