Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Yield: 5 servings 

Ingredients:
16 oz frozen broccoli spears
4 chicken breast halves without skin, steamed and boned
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp curry powder
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup bread crumbs
3 Tbsp butter, melted

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Thaw broccoli spears and arrange in a greased baking dish, florets to the outside, stems meeting in the center. Tear chicken into bite-sized pieces and place over top of broccoli. Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder, mixing well. Pour over chicken. Top with shredded cheese. Mix bread crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over top of cheese. Bake for about 40 minutes until browned and bubbly.
