Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 cups cornmeal
2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp baking powder
1/4 cup sugar
2 oz unsalted butter, melted
3 cups milk
4 eggs

Instructions:
Sift together all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. In another bowl beat the eggs and milk together and add the melted butter. Stir the milk mixture into the cornmeal until the two are blended. Do not worry if there are lumps. Divide into muffins or loaves and bake at 425 degrees until golden, about 45 minutes.

*Try adding 2 cups of blueberries for some real muffin treats.
