Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Yield: 6 servings 

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups bread pieces
1 cup chopped smoked salmon
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups milk
6 eggs
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp pepper
parsley

Instructions:
Arrange the bread pieces in the bottom of a greased 9-inch square pan. Layer smoked salmon and Cheddar cheese over the bread. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. In a medium bowl beat the milk, eggs and spices. Pour over the refrigerated layers. Top with parsley. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
