I just want you to know that I feel this is the greatest list of breakfast food recipes that I have ever come across. Believe me, I surf the web many hours a day and I am lucky to have found this web site. Keep up the good work.

Ingredients:
1 banana/person
vanilla yogurt (Dannon's "Light 'n Fit" recommended)
raspberry or strawberry jam
nuts
chocolate sauce

Instructions:
Select smaller, ripe bananas. Cut off one inch, and then slice the banana in half and place on a salad plate curving away from one another and outward. Slice the small piece and place on either side of the curved pieces. Spoon WHIPPED yogurt in a cross fashion. Dribble slightly diluted jam on top of yogurt. Sprinkle nuts on top, if desired (be sure to ask about allergies). Offer chocolate or fudge sauce as an option (some will accept, even at 8 AM!).

Looks beautiful and tastes delicious! Somewhat time consuming to prepare, but elegant when served and often requested for another morning. One of our guests' favorite morning fruit creation is Denny's "closest thing to a banana split I can make for breakfast."
