Ingredients: Pancake (it is not really a pancake): 3 eggs 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup flour 1/2 t lite salt 2 T butter 1/2 t cinnamon 1/2 t vanilla Topping: crushed pineapple bacon bits sugar butter substitute cracked walnuts for bacon if required Instructions: Butter the skillet (a little bit). Blend ingredients - pour in skillet. Cook about 16 minutes at 425 degrees. Cook by inspection. Serve immediately because it will fall pretty fast. Mix together ingredients for topping. Warm and pour over the pancake. |
