Ingredients: 1 Cup Butter 1 Cup Brown sugar 1 Cup White Sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 Eggs 1 teaspoon Baking Powder 1 teaspoon Baking Soda 2 Cups Flour 2 Cups Oatmeal 1 Cup Coconut 1 12-ounce Pkg Chocolate Chips 2 Cups Rice Krispies (1 Cup Pecans) optional Instructions: Blend together butter and both sugars till creamy, add vanilla and eggs, mix well. Mix in Baking Powder and Baking Soda and flour. Mix in rest of ingredients. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. |
