Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Ingredients:
1 lb vanilla ice cream, softened
1 small bar Toblerone or other Swiss chocolate

Garnish:
2 Tbsp powdered sugar
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
8 mint leaves

Instructions:
Grate chocolate bar into small, thin shavings. Combine half of shavings with ice cream, blend and freeze.

After frozen, scoop contents from tray; form into small, one-inch balls. Mix powdered sugar and cocoa; roll balls first in the cocoa/sugar mixture and then roll in leftover chocolate shavings. Freeze 1 more hour before serving; garnish with mint leaves.
