Ingredients:
1/2 cup sour cream
1 Tbsp melted butter
1 egg
1 cup self-rising flour
2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 Tbsp lemon zest

Instructions:
Whisk together sour cream, melted butter, egg and lemon juice in a bowl. Combine flour and sugar. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and gently mix together. Spoon batter onto a preheated griddle. Turn when the top side is full of bubbles. Sprinkle with lemon zest. Serve with sweetened sour cream.
