Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Ingredients:
1 ½ cups flour
1 cup quick-cooking oats
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 ½ cups milk
6 tablespoons butter, melted
½ cup brown sugar

Raspberry Sauce
2 cups raspberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup brown sugar
4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons light corn syrup

In a large bowl mix all ingredients. Pour batter onto preheated griddle. Flip when small bubbles start to appear.

Rasberry Sauce: In saucepan combine all ingredients and let simmer.

To Serve: Place two pancakes on a plate; sprinkle with powdered sugar and drizzle raspberry sauce.
