 Ocean Wilderness Biscuits Recipe

Ingredients:
Sift Together:
2 C flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
pinch of salt

Cut in 1/2 C butter (or margarine).

Instructions:
Add 1/2 cup orange juice and 1/2 cup milk mixing just enough to moisten. Turn out on floured board and gather dough into mound. Gently fold over 10 times (do not knead) forming a ball. Roll out 3/4" to 1" thick and cut into pieces. Bake 375 degrees F. for 18 minutes.

Variations:
Roll into a rectangle approximately 12" x 6". Sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar. Roll starting with long side and cutinto 12- 1" slices to form cinnamon swirls. The best!

Or roll out into rectangle and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Cut into 1" squares and bake 10 minutes. Wonderful finger food.
