Ingredients:
6 eggs
3 cups whole Wisconsin milk
1 cup fresh Wisconsin cream
1 (or two sticks) melted Wisconsin butter
2 cups sifted flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Lingonberry preserves

Instructions:
Beat eggs until creamy. Add milk and cream. Beat together. Sift dry ingredients and add to egg/milk mixture. Beat well. Stir in melted butter. Use a relatively dry, hot griddle. Fold onto pretty plate and add a spoonful of Swedish lingonberries and a dollop of homemade whipped cream. Grate fresh nutmeg on top of whipped cream. Dust with powdered sugar.

An uff-da good showcase of Wisconsin's famous dairy products! These tender pancakes are almost like having a rich dessert for breakfast!

Notes:
These scrumptious pancakes will be a hit with your family and friends--and they aren't hard to make. Just remember--don't skimp on the real butter and cream!
