Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Yield: 6 servings 

Ingredients:
6 to 8 slices of white bread
8 large eggs
½ pint heavy cream
2 tablespoons of honey Dijon mustard
½ pound sausage
½ pound ground beef
1 cup Mexican Cheese (Kraft)

Instructions:
Butter 8 inch square baking pan. Trim the crusts from the bread and line the bottom of the pan. In a large bowl combine the eggs, mustard, and cream and mix thoroughly. Pour on top of the bread.

Next - in a skillet Saute’ the meat (sausage and ground beef), drain, and crumble the meat mixture on top of the ingredients already poured in the baking pan. Sprinkle the three cheeses on top, cover, and let stand in the refrigerator overnight. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 50 min, or until done in the center.
