Yield: 8 servings 

Ingredients:
2 bunches fresh spinach, cleaned and broken into pieces
1 1/2 pint of strawberries, sliced

Dressing:
3/4 cup corn oil
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup of sugar
1 onion peeled and chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried mustard
1/2 teaspoon lemon peel
1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Instructions:
Mix the dressing ingredients together and chill until ready to serve. Pour over spinach and strawberries and toss.
