Ingredients: One large red ruby grapefruit, cut in half Chopped fresh mint Local Vermont Maple Syrup Instructions: Slice grapefruit in half and cut around sections for ease of eating. Spread chopped mint over cut half. Pour over Maple Syrup; leave overnight for flavors to mingle. Grill briefly in the morning and serve with a sprig of fresh mint in the middle of the half grapefruit. A delicious warm breakfast starter in cold weather. |
