Ingredients: 2 cups cooked halibut 1 cup bisquick ¾ cup half and half or milk 3-4 eggs eggs beaten 2 cups swiss cheese 1 cup of onion, peppers, parsley salt, pepper, Dijon mustard Instructions: When I mix it up, it is thick.. but will run out of bowl (barely). I cook at 350 for about an hour.. or until middle does not stick to knife. BUT…it keeps cooking when you take it out.. sometimes I get it to dry. I have also made it without the bisquick and made it in a pie shell. |
