Ingredients: Wooden or metal Skewers Your favorite fruit that can be skewered (suggestions: Pineapple, Stone fruit, Kiwi, Bananas) Vermont maple Syrup Powdered sugar Skewer fruit. Baste with Vermont maple syrup. Broil for 2-3 minutes depending upon the fruit. Remove from broiler and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve alone, over pancakes or waffles for breakfast, or with ice cream or sorbet as a dessert. Instructions: |
