Ingredients: 2 Barlett pears, halved and cored 16 ounces (2 cups) plain yogurt 4 tablespoons honey Instructions: Place the pears cut side down on a seasoned grill over very low heat. Close grill and cook for 10 minutes, until pears are very tender and skins have turned golden brown. Remove from grill and place one pear half in each of four bowls. Spoon 1/2 cup of yogurt along side each pear half, then drizzle each serving with 1 tablespoon of honey. |
